On September 22, 2017, Director of the Institute for Cross-Border Cooperation, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, and Professor of the University Serhii Ustych and the manager of the project Olesia Benchak made the presentation of the project «Through Innovation – to Effective Cooperation» in Uzhhorod on the meeting with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Norway to Ukraine – Ole Terje Horpestad.
